- The bill discounts will be applicable on all plans with monthly rental greater than or equal to Rs.500.
- The bill discounts will not be applicable on any advance rental plans
- Existing Photon Whiz postpaid & prepaid customers are eligible for migration.
- Post migration, the existing Photon Whiz number will be maintained for Photon Plus connection; however voice and SMS service will not be available with Photon Plus connection
- Any Value Added Services (VAS) availed with Photon Whiz connection will not be extended to Photon Plus service on migration. There will no refund of the subscription charges of such VAS thereon.
- All ongoing schemes /offers on the Photon whiz connection will be discontinued on migration. There will be no refund against such scheme charges / fees post migration.
- Post migration the services will be governed by the Terms & Conditions of the Photon Plus offering of Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL)
- Provision of Tata Photon Plus service shall be subject to verification of customer's address and other credentials by TTSL.
- TTSL shall not be liable to the customer in case the customer is not qualified to get Tata Photon + service
- Provision of service by TTSL in Photon Plus (HSIA) shall be subject to TTSL network coverage.
