Online Recharge facility:
- Customers can recharge their Photon Prepaid connection over the internet, from the convenience of home or office.
- They just need to click http://www.ichoose.in/etrade/recharge.jsp
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards of all major banks accepted. Net banking facility also available.
Balance Check via SMS:
- Customers can receive Balance and validity information over SMS, on their alternate contact number.
- Please update your alternate contact number by calling our Call centre at 1800-266-121.
'My Account' facility
- Customers can create their own account online free of cost.
- Visit the website http://www.tataphoton.com/ and click on 'My Account' at the bottom right corner.
- Monitor daily and monthly usage using 'My Account.'
