  1. Tata Photon League ("Program") is a loyalty program run by Tata Teleservices Limited (TTL) for its individual Tata Photon Plus postpaid subscribers residing anywhere in India who quality for the Program Membership.

  2. There are no charges for participating in the Program.

  3. The Program membership is two tiered - Star Membership (Star Members) and Superstar Membership (Superstar Members) (collectively "Members").

  4. To qualify as a Star Member, the individual Tata Photon Plus postpaid subscriber has to fulfill the following conditions:

    • Minimum usage (1.5 GB per month) or ARPU (Rs. 750/ per month) and
    • Average Age on Network (AON) (more than or equal to 2 months)

  5. To qualify as a Superstar Member, the individual Tata Photon Plus postpaid subscriber has to fulfill the following conditions:

    • Minimum usage (4 GB per month) or ARPU (Rs. 1500/ per month) and
    • AON (more than or equal to 2 months)

  6. For the purpose of this Program, the Tata Photon Plus Number/DEL number is the Membership id.

  7. Tata Photon League Program Membership is valid as long as the Tata Photon Plus Number/DEL number is active.

  8. The membership is non-transferable and intended for personal use only. Any liability arising due to misuse will be to the account of the Member who transferred his membership.

  9. The Program Membership entitles the Members for various incentives on accumulating League Points, Reward Points, Benefit Points and Bonus Points (collectively "League Points").

  10. Accrual of League Points

    The League Points will be governed by the following rules:

    3. The details of the League Points accumulated during the program period can be viewed on www.tataphotonleague.com website .

    4. The League Points earned in a financial year can be redeemed over the period of 3 years from the end of the financial year of awarding, subject to valid Membership. E.g. League Points earned by a member in the FY April 2011-March 2012 will be valid till 31st March 2014. However, on expiry of the membership and/or expiry of the redemption period of League Points, the Member shall be given 3 additional months for redemption. (Note: Financial year refers to 1st April of that year to 31st March of the following year).

    5. League Points will be credited on a monthly basis.

    6. League Points earned by any individual Member cannot be transferred to other Tata Photon League Member or combined with reward programs administered by past, present or future partners of TTL and any other programs offered by TTL.

    7. If a Member believes he or she has not received League Points for any transaction or for any partner promotion, he or she must contact us on our Helpline Nos. 1800 - 209 - 6622 (Toll Free) or email us at helpdesk@tataphotonleague.com

    8. Any fractional League Points earned will be truncated to the nearest integer. For example, if a Member earns 125.90 League Points from a transaction, it will be rounded off to 126 League Points, but if he / she earns 125.40 League Points it will be treated as 125 League Points.

    Rewards and Redemptions

    1. League Points have no monetary value and cannot be sold by Members for cash at any point of time. These League Points shall be redeemed only against the incentives available against them.

    2. All redemptions for the program will be online.

    3. All taxes and applicable incidental expenditures relating to redemption of League Points will be borne by the Member.

    4. Member will not be entitled to any refund or credit for the League Points redeemed.

    5. TTL does not bear any liabilities or responsibilities for lost vouchers and credit will not be given for unclaimed and unutilized vouchers.

    6. TTL has no liability if the incentive under the League Points is redeemed by any other person other than the Member.

    7. All rewards are subject to availability and supplier restrictions. TTL may, without notice, withdraw or substitute any reward for another reward of comparable value and nature.

    8. Rewards classifications and redemptions may change at any time without notice at TTL's sole discretion.

    9. No credit or substitution will be given for any rewards that are partially used.

    11. TTL takes responsibility for providing products on time. However TTL cannot guarantee delivery handled by third party vendors and courier companies, since they are not in control of TTL.

    12. Members must take open delivery of rewards and must not accept damaged products. Any complaints post acknowledgement will not be TTL's liability.

    13. Any risk/loss during usage of the product/service is not the responsibility of TTL.

  1. 'The Member will be solely responsible for the inconvenience or inability to access the program due to forgetting the user id/password till the time TTL is intimated in writing. TTL in turn will reset the user id/password

  2. The membership entitles the customer integrated offline and online rewards and benefits.

  3. All telephone instructions received and verified by two unique identifiers shall be deemed proper and TTL shall not be liable for executing these instructions in good faith. All such telephone instructions will be treated as having been written and signed.

  4. All communication will be sent to the email address given in the online enrolment form and it is the responsibility of the Member to inform TTL about any changes in the email address. All communication will be deemed to have been received by the Member when the email is sent to the recipient email address and TTL bears no responsibility for non-receipt of email communication.

  5. The Member permits TTL to use the 'Data' for marketing activities. However, TTL would ensure confidentiality.

  6. TTL reserves the right to discontinue the Tata Photon League membership to any Member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or intent of the program or any portion of the program, including, but not limited to, reward redemption. TTL also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated League Points and the cancellation of all rewards, benefits and privileges.

  7. All interpretations of program rules shall be at the sole discretion of TTL.

  8. Any Member who has not earned League Points for 12 consecutive months may be removed from the mailing list of active Members.

  9. TTL reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward level pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of League Points or rewards already accumulated. For example, TTL may increase or decrease the League Points required for a reward or limit the number of participating outlets for a particular reward.

  10. The program and any benefit, offering or the like relating to the program, shall not be construed as to constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between TTL and any Member.

  11. Nothing in the Tata Photon League Program rules is intended or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between TTL and the Members and partners.

  12. Tata Photon League Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as TTL decides to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice.

  13. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the program rules and as to the number of League Points in his or her account. TTL will send correspondence to Members to advise them on matters of interest, including notification of program changes and League Points statement from time to time. However, neither TTL, its subsidiaries, affiliates or allied companies nor program management service providers nor companies participating as partners in the program will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the mail. The latest terms and conditions shall be available on request or can be viewed on the website of the program.

  14. Terms and conditions of Tata Photon League Program are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and will be restricted to the Mumbai jurisdiction under the Mumbai High Court.
